After being diagnosed with IBS, irritable bowel syndrome, Holly Darnell took back her health by acknowledging her food sensitivities and removing them from her diet. With very little gluten free and dairy free options available at that time, Holly began creating her own recipes to help make being gluten free and dairy free enjoyable and fun! This sparked the creating of her catering company called Golden Roots where she now specializes in cooking gluten free and dairy free cooking.
