I’ve been with my narcissist for sit two and a half years now. My heart gets broken every week, but w can’t seem to break the trauma bond. ? However, I’m getting back into therapy and self-care, and am starting to feel stronger. Join me in my journey overcoming heartbreak and trauma. My hope is that this podcast provide support for anyone dealing with any type of toxic relationship, and that we can all heal together. ?
