Today’s challenging work environment has placed a higher demand on commercially proven solutions. In this episode, Patti Shaffner Jordan, Sr. Director of Solutions Marketing at Intel, talks with host Jake Smith about Intel Select Solutions, pre-configured, pre-verified, technology recipes developed in tandem with software vendors and equipment manufacturers. Recently, Intel and partners updated four current solutions with new technology features and introduced three new solutions to the market, including Intel Select Solutions for VMware Horizon VDI on vSAN. Building on a long-standing partnership, Intel and VMware we were able to develop and launch the new VDI solution in less than two months in order to respond to the increased demand on the data center from remote work.
