Cover 2 - A Podcast on the Cleveland Browns

Miscellaneous

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has officially been reinstated by the NFL following a six-game suspension for hitting Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph with a helmet. On this week's Cover 2 podcast with Nate Ulrich and Dan Kadar they talk about Garrett's return. Did the NFL get it right when it came to the length of the suspension? They also talk about some what ifs, like what if it was Week 6 or Week 15? Would the suspension still have been six games? Or what if it was Ben Roethlisberger and not Rudolph?  Really, this could go down as one of the bigger what ifs in Cleveland sports history. What if Garrett, who had 10 sacks in 10 games, played a whole season? Would he have been Defensive Player of the Year? Would Cleveland's defense not have crumbled without him? Could it have saved the jobs of Freddie Kitchens and John Dorsey? They also talk plenty about the additions on the coaching staff, from defensive coordinator Joe Woods and his staff to offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt and chief of staff Callie Brownson. Just what does a chief of staff do?
