Both Natalie and Mietta work in start ups and many people as why? The answer is because we could not not do it. We never stop trying to solve problems and break down barriers, you cannot stop when you are told no, you plough on. It is not 'innovation committees" or monthly 'think tanks' that create successul businesses, it is people who cannot stop solving problems.
