Worth area.  Revenues are up 648% comparing Q3 2018 to Q32019.  Any start-up would love these numbers! Lauren shares some staggering statistics, both alarming and exciting, on the topic of foodwaste and the industry that’s growing around it.  I predict we’ll be seeing more businesses sprouting up to address the plethora of possibilities.We will also hear Lauren’s advice about start-ups and the benefits of getting more connected to our sources for food.
