Education

Dr. Morgana McCabe Allan works with frustrated entrepreneurs to help them fall back in love with their businesses, achieve their goals and attract the right kind of clients. Through her coaching and mentoring, coaches, therapists, practitioners, and heart-centered service providers can learn how to make their ventures successful without burning out or sacrificing their free time. Morgana helps her clients shift their perspectives and design a new reality for themselves using manifesting, mindset, and healing techniques, alongside powerful organic business strategies. This includes helping them overcome the things which are holding them back, including imposter syndrome, procrastination, and perfectionism.   Morgana has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, making her first money at three and starting her own business at eight – breeding and selling pets to help support her family. But unlike many entrepreneurs, she is also naturally academic and achieved top grades throughout school, despite missing six years of formal education due to ill health. Morgana has a Ph.D. from Glasgow University and has presented her research to international audiences many times at conferences. Her Ph.D. is an interdisciplinary study that explored how women’s identities and realities are shaped by thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, emotions, and interactions with things, people, places, and ideas. Morgana started her business after realizing she didn’t want to stay in academia. While studying for her Ph.D., she had two sons and her husband suffered from postnatal depression. Juggling her work with family responsibilities left her feeling exhausted and burnt out and she felt called to do something different. When she found out she was expecting a baby girl, she felt inspired to change the world. She didn’t want her daughter held back by a society that still prioritizes masculine ways of being and doing. The birth of Morgana’s daughter was a turning point for her and she vowed to create a business that would not only support her family but give them a different view of the world. Morgana shouldn’t actually be called Morgana at all. When she was born, her parents decided to call her Jennifer but on his way to the register office, her father had a sudden change of heart and named her Morgana after the powerful enchantress in Arthurian Legend. Her mother cried for two weeks and even considered leaving but spirituality has played a big part in Morgana’s life so perhaps her father’s gut instinct was trying to tell him something. Although married to a man, Morgana is bisexual. She also has invisible black heritage, and safe spaces for LGBTQ+ and BLM conversations are an important part of her business and life. The world of business is a hyper-masculine environment but is this actually holding us back and stopping entrepreneurs from achieving their dreams AND living the kind of life they want outside their work? Dr. Morgana McCabe Allan believes embracing femininity is crucial for success and wants to see a world where love-based entrepreneurship and collaborative development take the center- stage. Her work with female entrepreneurs and business owners centers on helping them redesign their lives for the better so they can find a purpose that will not only bring them financial success but will create positive ripples around the world.
