This episode features a panel discussion on good practices to achieve a circular economy and the social, economic, and environmental factors they should be considered to attain a just transition. The panel features Mr. David Oswald, Founder and President of Design and Environment, and Ms. Virginia Rose Losada, Specialist in Sustainable Enterprise Development and Job Creation for the International Labour Organization, and was moderated by Canadian Senator Rosa Gálvez, Vice-President of the ParlAmericas Parliamentary Network on Climate Change for North America. The dialogue answers questions on the importance of a circular economy in the current socio-economic climate caused byCOVID-19, strategies to achieve a just and inclusive transition, the value of a blue economy to diversify and create jobs, good practices to achieve circularity, financing options, and the application of circular models to the  tourism industry.This presentation was recorded during a virtual working session as part of the 17th ParlAmericas Plenary Assembly: Towards a Circular Economy on November 16, 2020.
