Last week, we were at the annual TCCTA convention, where we had a chance to sit down with Wanda Mercer, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Services for the University of Texas System, and David Troutman, Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Research and Decision Support for the UT System.
