Nick is the Director of Basketball Operations and Player Development at the South Bay Lakers in the NBA G-League, and the Basketball Development Coordinator for the Los Angeles Lakers. Nick Lagios, has worked for the Stanford University Men’s Basketball program, the Sydney Kings, the Australian Boomers, along with his current work at the Lakers organisation. We chat about Nick’s basketball journey, from Stanford to the Boomers to the Lakers; how to go about gaining employment in basketball; the NBA G-League; what Nick learnt from his time with the Sydney Kings; and I ask multiple questions about Alex Caruso (that I’m not sorry about!!).
