Our guest on this episode is Vikas Lachhwani, co-founder of MCaffeine, India’s first and possibly most successful caffeinated personal care brand. Vikas is an architecture graduate from IIT Kharagpur, who then pursued a Masters in Urban planning and transportation engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, followed by a research program in marketing from the Lubar school of Business. His startup experience includes his time at Mu Sigma in the US, and Zoomcar in India where he was Senior VP Growth and Operations. Vikas talks to us about his experiences with building a brand for Millennials, leading a crack team, the importance of metrics and most of all, building lasting connections.
