"Early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise." That's the moral we all grew up with. But what does it feel like when actually wake up at 5am in the morning?

Ideal morning routines is a trending topic and I know some of us have also attended some courses where self declared life coaches make us do activities at 5am in the morning.

Is it necessary to wake up at 5am in order to be productive?

What do we do when we wake up so early? Sometimes we feel so lost we end up going back to bed.

Is it possible to be productive enough if we don't see 5am everyday?
