Dr. S. Bernard Clinkscale is a 2011 graduate of Xavier (Bonaire) University School of Medicine who plans on specializing in anesthesiology and pain management. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, he completed his undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida State University. Prior to entering medical school, Dr. Clinkscale was a teaching assistant for second and third grade students with special needs. Dr. Clinkscale is a member Christian Faith Outreach Ministries and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is passionate about witnessing to those around him and being a positive role model for youth. He states that he received his drive and passion from his parents who always emphasized that nothing is impossible for God. Dr. Clinkscale currently works with podiatric surgeon Anthony Mathis in Greer, SC, and will graduate with an MBA from Davenport University with a concentration in Healthcare Administration in 2013.
