It's time to pay attention to the fats we are consuming.  We need to look for the following Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs) in anything we are consuming from a bag or a box take a look at the ingredient list Corn Oil Cottonseed Oil Canola Oil Safflower Oil Sunflower Oil Soybean Oil Peanut Oil Margarine No need to be afraid of FAT we just need to pay attention to the RIGHT ONES.
