Ed Whalen died in 2001, but Yukon think that it is time that the legendary Canadian broadcaster who called Stampede Wrestling and the Calgary Flames who coined phrases like "It's going to be a ring-a-ding-dong dandy!" and the trademark sign-off, "In the meantime and in-between time."
