Over the last twenty years, Eileen Garcia and her chef husband Chepe have literally built restaurants from the ground up. Together, they turned Chicago’s Buona Terra and Hearth & Crust into iconic Chicago neighborhood destinations. Along the way, they’ve overcome every challenge in the proverbial restaurant startup handbook.
