Widespread adoption of electric vehicles won't reduce greenhouse gas emissions but will lead to a swath of other environmental problems. The climate models proponents point to, whatever their virtues, are not science and don't produce data. They are speculation. Electric cars produce more greenhouse gas emissions during their production than fossil fuel powered vehicles in their lifetime. Electric vehicles only begin to pay off their carbon debt around the time their batteries start to fail, producing no net emissions reductions. In addition, climate models are not science, but rather, are speculation. They produce no trustworthy data. Just like you can't trust electric cars on long trips in remote places, you can't trust climate model projections of future conditions.
