On the podcast this week I'm joined by Andrew Digwood who is a Partner at Rollits in York and also Chair of York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. We talk about all things embracing changes in business and wellbeing during the Covid-19 situation.   We talk about Why we need to get off the hamster wheel. The heartening story of how one business has survived the crisis and been able to develop an idea that was previously on the back burner We need to be willing to explore and implement ideas As business leaders we need to think about adapting the wellbeing plans.
