Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori Sake½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon½ oz. yuzu juice½ oz. simple syrupShake the nigori sake vigorously before adding to a cocktail shaker with the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake until cold and strain into a coupe. No garnish. (Fresh yuzu can be hard to come by, but bottled yuzu juice is totally fine to use so long as it’s 100% yuzu.
