Society & Culture

“I always wanted for my son to have sort of an epic childhood. I did not know what that meant…[but] I knew that homeschooling would be a part of that. But then I did not know how else it would be epic. But I knew that I wanted him to experience other cultures and see things a different way. And this was what happened.” On today's episode, Zélie talks to Shonda Bradford who left New York with her five-year old son to travel through Mexico. She talks about traveling long term as a single mom as well as what it is like living and traveling through Mexico as a family of color as opposed to the United States. --------- You can find episode notes at: https://wewillwander.com/traveling-single-mom-in-mexico/ Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wewillwanderpodcast If you liked this show, please be sure to subscribe on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, or Anchor.fm, and leave us a review! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/thewanderingdaughter/message
