I'm super thrilled to have someone who I consider as one of my mentors with whom I talk about discover what it takes to be an ally. Please welcome Srini Ramaswamy, co-founder of Pride Circle, an inclusion and diversity organisation to enable and empower LGBT+ people and enable organisations in fostering a culture of belonging for all.
This one's a conversation which is a must for all. Srini talks about realities of the LGBTQIA+ community who are not a miniscule minority anymore and gets into the need to be purposely inclusive for individuals and organisations.
Beyond the professional aspect, Srini elaborates on his purpose discovery journey, expression of the self and how he deals with ignorant people.
