Josh Outlaw-Hughes is a Regional Organizing Director of Voter Registration for the South Carolina Democratic Party and a hub coordinator for Sunrise Movement's Columbia, SC hub. His work at the SCDP is focused on voter enfranchisement and engagement, as well as creating and mobilizing large coalitions to turn out voters.
