This is the last bit of my chat with my Health and Wellness Coach, Lisa Jones, where we’re talking about mind-body healing. We’re delving into the mind-body connection and how having a balance and interaction between the mind and body can facilitate health and wellness. We talk about what kinds of diseases we feel can be healed through mind-body connection work, but also we talk about that while self-healing may be POSSIBLE for most people that that doesn’t mean it’s always the RIGHT option. Choosing to process suppressed emotion, to meditate, to release, and to heal the body isn’t a moral decision – it’s a personal one – and we talk about why the most important aspect of any decision we make is giving ourselves permission to make it.
