It's always a shock for parents to get the news from their teen that they're pregnant. That happened to Stephanie when her eldest daughter broke the news. As a parent who was unprepared for such a situation, she had to go through all the hard stuff that goes on when one gets that kind of news. It was then she thought it would be helpful to parents in the same situation if they could just read a book that tells them what to do. That was just an idea then, but then her second daughter told her that she was also pregnant (along with seventeen others at her school), and that clinched it for Stephanie. The rest is history.
