Sven Greulich is a technology lawyer that advises companies on complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate counseling. His clients include tech companies of all stages as well as investors at all points of a company's life cycle. He also counsels major corporations on their European expansion projects. With a dual background in business and law, Sven has an entrepreneurial spirit backed that is backed by experience with hundreds of M&A transactions and financing rounds across many industries. With the little free time that he has, Sven volunteers with Prepare! The Entrepreneurs Academy and the WHU Entrepreneurship Roundtable, guest lectures on venture capital finance at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, serves on the advisory board of its entrepreneurship program, and spends time with his family and young daughter.
