Kat Walzak is a Special Victims Unit Detective who has also spent years with a Gang Enforcement Unit. She's a lifelong martial artist (BJJ Brown Belt, Muay Thai and Krav Maga to name a few.) In addition to all of that she’s a CrossFit Level 1 coach and a BioForce Coach under Joel Jameison who, If you didn’t know, is the S&C coach for Demetrius “Mighty Mouse” Johnson the former flyweight champion of the UFC.
