This week's guest, Jerry Bair, runs the website https://busydadsocr.com. OCR stands for Obstacle Course Race, so as you might expect, that's what Jerry and I chat about in this episode. Jerry details his own experiences with OCR and how he came to love it, and why he now has turned his attention to helping other busy dads train for their own obstacle course races while balancing all that the life of a father throws at them.
