Lt. Edwin Raymond is a Haitian American Brooklynite who is making a difference in his community. He rose to national fame as part of the NYPD12, a group of whistleblower cops who sued the NYPD for illegal arrest quotas, which was chronicled in the Sundance award-winning documentary, Crime + Punishment.
