It's Ep 5 and I've got with me the unique and wonderful Vivek Ram. He’s the founder or better known as the Senapati of Vaanarsena Studios, a first-of-its-kind animation studio-cum-school which focuses heavily on Indian mythology.
In this interesting conversation with Vivek, I pick his brains about his brainchild, the vision that is a daily process in the making and how he has been building an animation gurukul. We also talk about the idea of servant leadership, walking the talk and scaling up the venture which takes inspiration from the ancient gurukul system. Vivek brings insights from his journey of discovering the 'whys' throughout his career spanning over two decades in mainstream animation in Hollywood to starting his own passion project. Along with his thoughts on fear, money, and happiness, he also touches upon fascinating concepts of 'Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha' and his life's philosophy.
