Learning how to pivot in life means allowing yourself to maneuver toward change and/or away from something that is not serving. It involves taking steps that are often uncomfortable, but being willing to sit in the discomfort in order to weed out what needs to change. Whether it's a job, relationship, diet, living situation, or mindset that needs to shift, it has to start with giving yourself permission to take a closer look and a willingness to pivot toward something different.
