I want to specify mindset. The mindset can be the motivating factor behind certain habits. In order to break certain habits we need to adjust our mindset and our way of thinking. In this episode I will be going through some tips that as helped me defeat that mindset of doubt, extreme criticism. fear, and the dreadful feeling of being stagnant. I discuss the tips that has helped my break that habit or pattern of feeling defeated before I did all that I could do to accomplish my goals and meet my deadlines.
