Jason is one of the youngest people ever to be elected to a statewide office and rose to national fame running as a progressive candidate against Roy Blunt Jr. for US Senate in Missouri in 2016. Outperforming the top of the ticket, Jason's campaign went viral when it released an ad in favor of background checks.
