Jeremy owns an agency that helps business owners with eCommerce and improves both their capabilities and the marketing of their businesses. We had a great conversation about the distinction between the two ways of approaching the business. Between being a service provider to someone, improving their capability by doing work for them, and the possibility of thinking about delivering a result for people, which is always the next level of what you could provide for people.
