It's crucial to make micro-adjustments before going down the road. Business is an art form. You are an artist. You're creating and crafting this beautiful piece of art that you're going to put out to the world. So, remember that it takes time. Let go of the expectations and pressures of needing to see results immediately. Being in that place of listening gives you the space to breathe. Are you giving your business breath that space to breathe and have that sense of awareness? This is so powerful for business owners to do. It's that opportunity to zoom out and see the big picture of what is happening. And is it really producing the results that you were hoping it would be producing? Sometimes we'll get into the business, and we get so caught in the small picture that we lose the big vision of what we were creating and what we wanted to do for the world. Find your dream. Discover what inspires you. This could be something totally different than your business. Maybe even scrolling on Instagram. Perhaps you found someone that intrigued you. You don't know why, but you're following them all of a sudden. Or maybe you went on to talk, and you found this hilarious thing that just lit up your day. And now you watch this super random tag stream of crazy videos. Sound familiar? Go into what is inspiring you and ask yourself, what am I finding myself dreaming about in the middle of the day when I could be working my business or working on my relationships? There's compelling energy behind being inspired, no matter how silly or how different it is from your current reality. It's asking you to look at something from a different angle and just experience it. It's different from what the mind and body are wanting. Sometimes our soul craves things that we don't want. Maybe it's growth or expansion that could sometimes make you feel uncomfortable. Whatever that is, even if it feels irrational or has nothing to do with your business, your soul can connect you with your higher self. Just explore it. See what comes up from just having it in your energy field. Implementation This is where you can start bringing all these small pieces together, understand how this inspiration can come into your daily life and your business implementation. Are these inspired action steps? They can be small, but you have to realize that expansion doesn't happen all at once. A lot of times, with social media, we tend to see these giant leaps that others take. You see them in their prosperous state, but you don't see all that's happening behind the scenes and all those little steps that they're taking. So, do not get tricked into thinking that success can come so quickly. It is always a process that gets built on top of one another. Reflect and integrate Start making adjustments that can help realign business with your soul and what you're truly desiring to put out into the world. These changes can happen. And as we make these changes right where we're playing here, we're expecting a new outcome to happen immediately. How often does that happen for you? The thing is, it's not working sometimes. We need to let go of expectations that everything's going to shift on a dime as soon as we internally shift. That can cause a lot of frustration and a lot of separation because you're experiencing something internally that feels like it came to this line. It's solid, it's strong, it's empowered. And then you look out into your life and realize that's not the same thing. Just give it time because that's where the tests come in your soul.
