From living and renting in a small town to purchasing her first quad and earning passive income, Erika takes us through the journey of juggling her demanding job as an active duty service member, as a JAG Officer, and life as a mom all while being an investor. In 2003 she purchased her first 4 plex, in 2005 an 18-plex, in 2014 she purchased 64 units, and in 2015 she purchased an additional 63 units. In 2020, she sold all her multifamilies and purchased 5 commercial properties via 1031 exchange.
