Paul introduces his new podcast, "A Latte Conversation" which is a podcast dedicated to his love for independent coffee shops, conversation, traveling, and people in general. He provides information on the content that will be included in the podcast, people who he will be talking to, when it will be premiering and streaming, why he started it, and tells the funny story about how it actually started which includes a tidbit of the bartending school he just went to and how he is now a certified bartender!
