In a very special episode, Adam and Gene walk new player, but old friend, Frank through all of the steps of character creation using the Ultimate Powers Book (with some input from Fred). If you're interested in how characters are created, both using random roles and GM negotiation, then this is your episode. If that's not your cup of tea, then feel free to skip this episode and hear Frank's character get introduced in the next episode. You'll miss some some really juvenile humor, though.
