Episode 13 begins with reds Terry and Phil diving straight into the Thiago situation, after Jurgen Klopp’s most recent announcement suggesting he won’t be seen in red until the new year. The lads then go on to discuss a missed opportunity in the Champions League, following a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Atalanta mid-week. Liverpool followed that up with a 1-1 draw at Brighton at the weekend and the lads discuss the game and the latest chapter in VAR controversy which surrounds Liverpool fixtures at the moment. The blues then get their opportunity to scrutinise their defeat at home to Leeds, with formations and tactics being discussed. Along the way Millsy and Judgy also field questions from the listeners about Everton’s possible lack of identity on the pitch and also a perceived lack of work rate and intensity. The show closes with both sides looking forward to upcoming fixtures; Everton travel to Burnley on Saturday, which is never and easy place to go, whilst Liverpool also have a meaningful tie against European giants Ajax on Tuesday, before a tough fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday night
