CIAA Commissioner, Jacqie McWilliams gives us an update from that last time we spoke with her in 2018. In this episode, Jacqie opens up about how her faith has been very instrumental in her growth, development, and success. She shares with us how she has been graceful in her interactions with others because people are looking for ways to see her in a negative perspective. Jacqie challenges the reasons why diversity and inclusion (D & I) have to been a focal point in sport and society. She understands the importance and necessity of D & I, but as Commissioner of the CIAA, she does not recognize CIAA officers for their focus and accomplishments in D & I.
