“These cinnamon rolls are VEGAN?!?! No WAY!” …WAY!!! Today, I sit down with the supremely talented baker and cook, Jessica Fabrie, owner of Cafe Beni! This quietly confident lady has made quite the impression on the Lubbock foodie scene with her heavenly baked creations. Her story is truly unique and her passion for producing a quality baked good is commendable… especially since they are… VEGAN! Her alternative treats have been winning over even the most dubious of critics and begs the question, maybe plant based has a place in this bountiful world?!?
