We'll be chatting with Iron Nun, Sister Madonna Buder. Sister Madonna started racing at the age of 48 and has competed in over 350 endurance events including marathons and triathlons (over 30 of which were Ironman distances). Sister Madonna is a record breaking triathlete and the author of "The Grace to Race: The Wisdom and Inspiration of the 80-Year-Old World Champion Triathlete Known as the Iron Nun"
