For anyone who is still processing 2019 and isn't yet ready to get excited about 2020.Here in Australia, a lot of people are doing it tough. There are huge bushfires in many states, and many people are also affected by the severe drought.Many people are worried about their homes, their livelihoods and their communities. Some have lost their loved ones or their homes.Even if you're not affected by drought or fire, you may be going through a tough time. It may be the first Christmas since you've lost someone that you love, or the first that your family has been separated.This episode is about providing some support, comfort and reassurance that you're not alone. It provides some mindset tips around being kind to yourself, finding one positive from 2019 and practising self care over the holidays.It's also a reminder that it's so important to talk to someone when you're feeling down.
