Hey everyone!  This week's topic is Christmas stress and for me, it feels like it is almost time to switch from my everyday anxiety to my festive Christmas anxiety.  The shopping, baking, grocery buying, craft making, more shopping and subsequent added guilt of not focusing enough on the real reason for the season, it adds up!  Is my family experiencing Christmas the way I want them to?   I'm determined to make some changes this year to help minimize stress and be in a better place to enjoy the season and not just make things enjoyable for everyone around me.  I know things can be dialed down, so this episode explores ideas to start enjoying the Christmas season in new ways.
