For those unfamiliar with Michael, it is safe to say he has either led or had a heavy hand in creating the foundations and the growth of what we consider modern day agile coaching. If you've ever done the constellation retrospective or information gathering exercise with a bunch of people in a room before.. it's kinda like that, but with crazy insightful and system changing insights that can help an organisation to adapt.
