The win saw Liverpool break multiple records and keep their lead in the table at 14 points. Chelsea was able to get back in the win column as they dispatched Burnley 3-0. In other record setting news, Sergio Aguero netted a hat trick as Manchester City routed Aston Villa 6-1! Sergio Aguero now has 14 league hat tricks and 177 goals in the top flight.
