Warning: child sexual abuse and murder. Pedro Alonso Lopez, operating in the 1970s-1980s, has been called the most prolific serial killer in recent history. Convicted of dozens of brutal murders in Ecuador, Lopez has confessed to over 300 killings. He even enjoyed giving interviews about his thoughts on life and death, his background, and what he believed caused his actions.
