Hearing about self-compassion and "soft" stuff like hugs and empathy made Steven think that wasn't for him; a 6'5", 240 pounds, former boxer and football player didn't resonate with all that. Steven is a former Chicago Golden Glove Boxer and Illinois State Heavyweight champion.
