Sickness, poor functioning, and inability to sleep are all due to missing pieces in the puzzle. Some of the pieces that make up the puzzle of what our bodies need are water, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates), fiber /prebiotics, and probiotics.
