In leadership there is always a transition period, a "stepping up" moment where the leader assumes his or her position or calling, and gets to work. It’s not always easy ,though. Stepping into leadership can be tough. It can cause mental, emotional, and Spiritual stress and it can cause people to say want to throw in the towel.
