It seems like there are more and more problems with finding people to do reputable work these days. Keith and Colton are trying to get to root of why that is. Colton believes this is a pride issue, as in people (many millennials) aren't taking pride in the work that they're doing. We discuss the potential reasons for this. Is it because we see jobs as transitory in our lives? Is it because we think it ultimately doesn't matter? Follow along as we try to figure it out ourselves, and chime in with what you think as well. In other news we have switched away from Pro Tools to Studio One and life is good. Recording is going smoothly again and we are thrilled.
